Return Policy Requirements
- Merchandise should be returned within 30 days of delivery and should be unworn, unwashed with its original packaging and all accessories included.
- If the product that you want to return was billed to a corporation, you will have to prepare a corporate return invoice (‘iade faturasi’) and include it to your return package.
- Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item—including belts, shoe boxes, eyewear cases, authenticity cards, and dust bags—must be included and returned in its original condition. Shoes that are returned with marked soles, without a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
- Any type of cosmetic or personal care product, books, electronic software and programs, all technological products, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, computer peripherals, stationery and toners, etc., will only be accepted for return if their packaging hasn’t been opened, damaged and if the product hasn’t been used.
- Due to hygienic reasons it is impossible to return or exchange underwear, swimwear, beachwear, and socks.
- Products that have been specially produced and/or are prepared for special occasions like New Years Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother/Father’s Day cannot be returned. Specially imported products cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Once your return is confirmed it can take up to 1-7 working days for your bank to refund the money. If the returned product doesn’t meet the conditions stated in our returns policy, we will send the product with no extra fee back to your shipping address.
